1st Annual African American Read-In
Miles Jones Elementary School’s 1st Annual African American Read-In Hosted by MJES and the Black Caucus of NCTE and CCCC Join the entire staff and student body as we take time to explore books written by, illustrated by, or featuring African-Americans.This Read-In will allow Miles Jones to be added to the national database which gives tangible evidence of our school’s role in making literacy a significant part of Black History Month.
